At AI Disclosure Australia, we are committed to delivering high-quality documentation packs. We understand that circumstances may change, and we aim to handle all refund requests fairly and transparently.

Refund Eligibility

  • If preparation and delivery of your pack has not yet commenced, a full refund is available on request.
  • If preparation of your pack has commenced but not been delivered, refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on the work completed.
  • Digital products that have been delivered are generally non-refundable, as the service has been fulfilled.

We approach every refund request with fairness. If you are unsatisfied with the service provided, please reach out and we will work with you to find a reasonable resolution.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at info@aievidencedisclosure.com.au with the following details:

  • Your name and email address used for the order.
  • Your order reference or receipt details.
  • A brief explanation of the reason for your refund request.

Response Time

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days. If your refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method via Stripe.
